LING, WO and TSUN are assigned to the same team in the entrepreneur contest. In the first round of the contest, TING gives 50 thousand dollars to each team and asks them to earn as much as they can within 12 hours. TSUN mistakenly purchases some fake products and the team is losing a lot of money. WO finds a way to tackle the problem but their team still falls behind other teams. NAM brings TUNG to Shanghai for a business trip so that he could date her in his spare time and TUNG is dissatisfied. TUNG meets TAK at the hotel. TAK encourages her to forget the past and cherish every new opportunity in her life. After returning to Hong Kong, NAM invites TUNG to a banquet together.
