O TAI dies. KA SHING and KA FAI turn their hostile faces to KA YIU and YUK NGOR . JO TAI has agreed to be KA YIU's referee in her loan application, but KA SHING refuses to carry the promise. YUK NGOR decides to sell the flat that is given to her by JO TAI. To her shock, the lawyer informs her that KA SHING has-t-a suit against her in order to get back the house. KA HAY returns to Hong Kong. During the hearing, YUK NGOR faints.
