Becoming the Marshal for a day, DIK KEI holds an open hearing, pledging to clear up the chaos in Sing Wai Town. Unfortunately, no one dares to speak up. NGAI NAU is the first one to complain that MA TAN shot LAW YEE to death. Shifting the subject, DIK KEI instead asks how come ZING-CHING had a gun to shoot TAI-TUNG. He not only puts MA TAN on trial, but also presents vital evidence against him. After the trial, MA TAN expresses his willingness to receive any punishment, so DIK KEI once again uses Russian Roulette to conclude the matter, and lets YUEN-YUEN pose questions…… Casting doubt upon DIK KEI’s trustworthiness, TAI-TUNG leads his troops in person to Sing Wai Town to arrest the remnants of the revolutionaries, creating panic among residents, plunging the whole town into chaos. That leaves DIK KEI no other choice but to fight against TAI-TUNG so as to protect the residents……
