Liu Ho Yee saves Tit Chung Tong but Shui Ling Kwong is caught by Ay Tin Fook. Yee carefully dresses Tang's wound. Chu Wan Pang comes along and threatens to kill Tong. Yee is forced to leave Tong. To torture Kwong, Fook imprisons her. Though sympathize with her, the Ghosts dare not say a word for fear of humiliating Fook. Tong sneaks into the Skeleton Sect to save Kwong but is discovered and caught by Fook. Fook orders to execute Tong and Kwong. Thinking that Tong knows where Yee is, Pang comes to his rescue, taking Kwong and him away. When realizing that Tong knows nothing of Yee's whereabouts, Pang, attracted to Kwong, decides to take her away. Returning home, Tong discovers that the Blood Flag is taken away. Yee arrives at the scene and the two suspect that Fook involves in it. After investigation, they find out that Fook has been mesmerized. Fook is told by Fung Sor to kill members of his sect to find out where the Blood Flag is……
