After the incident, MEI suddenly disappears and WO looks for her desperately. YAT tells WO that he wants a compensation of thirty million dollars from MEI and he asks LAI to handle the matter for him. MEI resorts to drink and LAI brings her back to her home. SHAU and KWAI try to explain the truth to MEI but MEI insists that she’s going to break up with WO. MEI decides to seduce YAT as a way to escape from the huge compensation. LAI objects the idea and she assures MEI that she will help her.
