JOEY is very angry after hearing' GWAN's word , She leaves angrily together with GWAN. WAI is very embarassed. KIN goes to the hospital to visit GWAN. JOEY asks KIN sending some guys to take care GWAN but she does not tell KIN the whole story. During the shareholders' meeting, JOEY announces that she will take over all GWAN's business. She even asks UNCLE HUNG to help. The elder generations also support her. WAI dares not to show his discontent though he is very angry. WAI is reluctant to see his power being weakened.
