YUEN MAN TSUI sends a killer to assassinate GWAN. GWAN could escape from death but has involved the village into trouble. The killer has mistakenly hurt the innocent villager. FUN and KIN try to arrest the killer but he could eventually escape away. FUN suspects KIN who is very close to GWAN. GWAN negotiates with TSUI. TSUI expresses that he wants to take GWAN's place. However, TSUI is very arrogant and cannot come to a compromise. GWAN and TSUI's struggle has reached its climax. It leads to a serious injury and disorder. Workload for FUN has been increased. SIR PAUL retires from his police service and holds a banquet. Some people trouble the banquet. KIN believes that it is not done by GWAN and protects him. KIN again quarrels with FUN. In order to settle the case, GWAN sends UNCLE CHEONG to trouble TSUI so as to force the latter leaving the place. KIN wants to clear the case but is misunderstood by FUN……
