KAI-FONG discovers that HUNG SIN is very strange. HUNG SIN explains his objective for coming to Hong Kong and sneaking into different restaurants' kitchens. HUNG SIN can tell how much seasonings KAI-FONG has used just by watching her. KAI-FONG asks him to help writing the recipe. KAI-FONG delivers the recipe to PAK-YIP. When she leaves, she is bullied by a strong man and YEUNG KAM-CHI appears to speak for her. This is the first working day for KAM-CHI at Best Taste Fast Food. Coincidentally, the company has introduced some new dishes on this day. There is an ad-hoc order for tens of lunchboxes. Everybody is very busy and the kitchen becomes chaotic. The customer complains about it and PAK-YIP tries to question the staff. LAW SZE shifts the responsibility to KAM-CHI. KAM-CHI is not afraid and she tries to speak the truth.
