The cooperation committee at Sheung Hei Estate is going to elect a new chairman for the next session. LUNG becomes ambitious when CHU and SIK think that he is the right candidate. Originally DOK is not interested in anything unprofitable but when SI points out the benefits, DOK selfishly wants to take part. It becomes a big headache for FUNG when LUNG and CHU relocate at her home as to prevent DOK from knowing their election strategy. DOK tries to make YAN as his spy to collect information from the family of LUNG. Not knowing how to reject him, YAN promises DOK reluctantly.
