In chaos, HOI hurts YAU's thigh so as to stop YAU shooting at KEUNG. KEUNG is discontented with HOI and he decides to break up with him. YAU asks HOI to give him five million dollars so that he can leave Shanghai. YIU frames HOI and sends people to kill YAU. YAU seeks YIU's protection by claiming that he has the solution to get rid of HOI. CHING and LIK meet KEUNG and WAN in a party. LIK is jealous to see KEUNG approach CHING. He argues with CHING and CHING faints. She miscarries her baby. LIK feels sorry and finally CHING forgives him. Seeing that CHING is cool to him, LIK challenges KEUNG with a duel. KEUNG talks with him and calms him down. YAU suggests YIU to send his best tricksters to win money from HOI's casino after tricking HOI away. After losing all money, KIT has to close the casino. HOI meets YAU and he is trounced by YAU. YAU even pushes him down a cliff.
