YU is discharged from hospital. SUN and YEE go to see YU at CHI’s residence, but YAU is so aloof to them and forbids YEE to teach YU any sign language. SUN reads out the contract over the cooperation between HANG and MAN, according to which HANG will entrust all his property around the Highbury Hill to MAN for re-development. MAN has also appointed THOMAS, former Director of Public Works and ex-supervisor of LIK-HANG, as the chief consultant. LAN brings CHOI-YUET, who used to be her late uncle’s domestic maid, back to MAN’s mansion and makes her serve FONG instead. KWAN discovers that YUET’s legs are covered in bruises. Knowing that KWAN is very sympathetic to YUET, SUN suggests she go and meet Father ANDREW and Sister MARY in the church, who have been fighting hard for the rights of domestic slaves all these years. SIN pretends to be ill and urges YIN and MAN to pay her a visit……
