Being shocked by MAN's death, CHAI MAN decides to retire and asks YIN to inherit his business. YIN determines to improve the family business. CHI CHING also joins "Hung Ping" and knows that KWAI TUNG aims at putting the LOK's in bankruptcy. She wants to stop him but is repels by her -family. She is put in a dilemma. FUNG wants to win over KWAI TUNG’s trust. He suggests that they should put the case in the court to determine the time o-f CHI YIN and MAN's death. As the one with later death should inherit the fortune of the earlier one. CHI CHING is discontented and wants to leave KWAI TUNG but her act is stopped by YIN. KWAI TUNG bribes the doctor to prove that MAN dies earlier. YIN has no chance to win the case and CHAI MAN worries much.
