YURK HON is sent to hospital but at last he dies. Before he dies, he requests YIN to take care of ZHENG. ZHENG thinks that YING YEUNG should be responsible for YURK HON's death. He goes to take revenge but YIN stops him. YIN encourages ZHENG to inherit YURK HON's fortune and give it further development. CHI CHING returns to Hong Kong and goes to YURK HON's tomb.
