When meeting MING-YEUNG, NGA-LAI suggests using the late LAI-YU's assets to buy a property for a social enterprise, setting up a center for disabled persons. The one who wants to sell the property to NGA-LAI is a triad leader called STURGEON who is older in age, but younger triad member CHI-HUNG disagrees with STURGEON, above which he has been scheming to take over STURGEON's position in the triad. STURGEON meets up with his old friend SUM-PO, trying to ask SUM-PO to prepare a will for him.
