TAI-MUI is so touched by CHEUNG PO-TSAI's letter that she agrees to meet up with him as arranged two hundred years ago. Unfortunately, TAI-MUI emphasizes that she is no longer the same one as mentioned in the letter. On a different note, she asks CHEUNG PO-TSAI whether he knows BOWIE, suspecting BOWIE, the Bandit King, is up to something. BOWIE and his men discuss kidnapping TAOGUO and requests CHEUNG PO-TSAI to join them. Meanwhile, in order to protect TAOGUO, the venue is heavily guarded by the police and TAI-MUI is also dispatched to the site; whereas CHING SUM is in charge of the security inside the venue. With BOWIE along with his associates managing to sneak into the venue, CHEUNG PO-TSAI is assigned to be the sniper.
