The Raptors use their mammal-repelling Sonic Repulsator to drive the humans off the tropic island of Razambique, so they can buy it for cheap and turn it into their own private Raptor paradise! The Dinosaurs set out to evict the reptilian real estate moguls, but the special computer chip that will let them stop the Repulsator is with Bullzeye - who has wandered away with temporary amnesia, convinced that he's really a giant talking condor!
