While trying to stop the Raptors' latest plot, the Extreme Dinosaurs are caught in a cloud of mysterious green microbes that makes them glow in the dark and leaves them laid-back, mellow and peaceful - too peaceful to get in the Raptors' way! Bad Rap decides to spread the microbe across America in Halloween pumpkins, and it's up to Chedra and Hardrock to get the Dinosaurs riled up enough to fight back, before the Raptors can wreck havoc on a nation full of docile humans!
