CHING is in a dilemma as TIN wants her to stay with him. KAO finally has to gut to disclose his love in front of CHING. CHING does not know what to do. At Mid-autumn Festival, TAT misses YUK HING and wants to visit her but his plan is disrupted by SUET YI who entangles him. SUET YI tries to flatter TAT by bring him home to see AH HAN. MAN KONG loses much in the stock market and he sells property of "Shui Lung" to pay the debt. It is discovered and he runs away. YUK NAM is shocked and is sick. MAN CHUN visits YUK NAM and she begs him to return and work in "Shui Lung". MAN CHUN does not know what to do.
