MAN CHUN requests SAN to marry him. SAN is impressed and agrees to have engagement with him. However the marriage is opposed by MAN CHUN's family as they regard SAN having a low social status. MAN CHUN argues with his family and at last he convinces YUK NAM to accept SAN on condition that SAN will quit her career. SAN agrees and their marriage becomes a fairy tale in the city. MO CHINS is shocked by the news and begs MAN CHJN to accept her but she is refused. HAI is happy to see SAN marrying MAN CHUN but he is discontented as the Sung regards him as an inferior person.
