YEUNG invites LUNG and ANN to attend the forum which is hosted by CHANG. LUNG is thrilled to bits when he knows that YEUNG and CHANG are not a couple. During the forum, LUNG meets many prominent historical figures such as HON FAY and LEE SZE. He feels just so excited to see them. He even suggests SZE go to serve the Qin Empire. LUNG’s political views are so innovative, which have surprised everyone there. CHANG is therefore very impressed by him. LUNG finds an excuse to leave the forum so that he can get back the Memoir.
