Grilled Striped Bass with Pimento Relish can be varied by using the freshest fish and herbs available. Jacques also introduces the beautifully refreshing Pink Grapefruit Terrine, as well as the Asian inspired Cauliflower with Scallions and Sesame Oil and a quick Ham Cornucopia.
